The experience has taught us that each company has its special needs and Paylogic has developed in this respect a series of additional services to cover these needs.

On the basis of a detailed analysis together with each client, Paylogic may include part of the services below within the activities performed:

• Periodical audit of personnel files
• Permanent delegation of consultants at the client headquarters in order to take over certain internal activities and to interact with the employees
• Temporary delegation of consultants at the client headquarters in order to cover certain needs in peak periods (additional acts for mass salary changes, audits of personnel files, setting up documentation for pension or unemployment etc)
• Take over of the employees in the current human resources department at the signature of the contract and their training in following the procedures placed at disposal by Paylogic
• Liaison with a Law Firm specialized in Labour Legislation and Labour Disputes in case of conflicts with the employees  
• Take over of the activity of transferring salaries in the employees account
• Issue of personalized salary slips
